Shoalwater 202 is a renovated, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with tile floors throughout, white cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy views of the sugar white sand beach and emerald water of the Gulf from the entry, kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king-size storage bed. The first and second guest rooms each have a queen-size storage bed. All three bedrooms and both bathrooms have luxurious hotel-quality linens, which are 100% fresh for every guest (no reused comforters or shams here!). The master bathroom has a tiled tub-shower combo, and the second bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower.
Pack light! The kitchen is well-equipped for guests who love to cook and features both a Keurig single-cup coffee maker and a 12-cup drip machine. Four Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs are provided in the balcony closet. Six beach towels and two Igloo Playmate coolers can also be found in the laundry area.
Work from the beach...if you have to.
The master bedroom has a full-size desk with a rolling office chair so if you have to work, "work from home", with a beach view.
But we hope you will mostly enjoy the sun and the sand!
